Our consultants will receive YOU with a smile the moment you say “Hi!” at our door! Or you could give us a call, speak to our designated consultants to arrange an appointment with them at your convenience. We are firm believers of conducting face to face interviews instead of impersonal phone interviews so just walk in to https://acetalent.my, we do open interviews daily and we will take it from there.

What You Should Bring Along with You?

• Updated resume or CV (with a passport picture of yourself included)
• One copy of your IC
• Original certificates and one copy of all relevant certificates

When You Arrive?

You will be requested to fill in a registration form with all your personal details, qualifications, skills and employment background.

What’s Next?

Your personal consultant with then interview you based on your experience, skills, personality, preferences and find the right match for you. Current vacancies will then be checked if it’s suitable to you and if it’s not, the consultant will inform you and advise on the next course of action.

How Long Will the Interview Be?

It will take approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the complexity and special requirements of the position. If longer, your consultant will advise you accordingly’

Are There Any Tests?

There might be some skill assessments like English literacy, Typing tests, Spelling or Computer Skills depending on the nature of the job

The Availabilities of Job Opportunities?

If there are no vacancies currently suitable, we do not wait for a suitable position to open up for you but instead we will approach jobs on your behalf or your consultant will continue to search and contact you immediately when a suitable position is available. We always encourage maintaining a close bond between your consultant and yourself by keeping regular contact with them so you are up to date on current opportunities or you check the latest vacancies at Facebook Page

What happens after the first interview with Acetalent?

Temporary positions-  After the interview and if you are successful during the interview, if requested by your consultant, you can start work straightaway and we will simply pass on your details to our client or if a second interview is required by our client, AceTalent will arrange with you accordingly.

For full time jobs like contract or permanent positions, if our client has agreed to shortlist you based on our assessment of you during the interview, we will contact you to arrange for a second interview. If you are interested, we will arrange for a second interview with our client.  We will inform you if you have selected and hired for the position as soon as we have received feedback regarding our status from our client.
