Requirements
- Posses at least Diploma in related field and equivalent
- At least 1 year experience in recruitment
- Posses own transportation
- Able to travel
- Result-oriented and sales-oriented
- Knowledgeable in corporate sales.
- Team player
- Enjoy challenge and fast pace environment
- Dress code requirement is strictly follow corporate attire
Responsibilities
- Negotiating contracts
- Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies
- Drawing up short-lists
- Organising interviews and selection events
- Making arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies
- Helping applicants to prepare for interviews
- Client visit when necessary
- Provide HR consulting to client and candidates
- Participate in career fair when necessary
