Requirements

  • Posses at least Diploma in related field and equivalent
  • At least 1 year experience in recruitment
  • Posses own transportation
  • Able to travel
  • Result-oriented and sales-oriented
  • Knowledgeable in corporate sales.
  • Team player
  • Enjoy challenge and fast pace environment
  • Dress code requirement is strictly follow corporate attire

Responsibilities

  • Negotiating contracts
  • Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies
  • Drawing up short-lists
  • Organising interviews and selection events
  • Making arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies
  • Helping applicants to prepare for interviews
  • Client visit when necessary
  • Provide HR consulting to client and candidates
  • Participate in career fair when necessary
